Oversight of IT, Budget and Programming teams executing multi-billion-dollar diversified IT portfolios reported to Congressional Committees. Successive leadership roles as Director of Resource Management, Resource Management Office (RMO) Deputy CFO to the CIO, Capital Planning Manager, Corporate Controller, and multiple Division and Financial Management Branch Chief positions. Industry certifications include managing Intelligence Planning, Programming and Budget Execution (I/PPBE) activities for city, state, federal agencies and foreign government stakeholders. Project Management Institute (PMI), Risk Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Commercial property operations experience includes managing the Hines Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) New York Group portfolio. CFO front and back- office experience includes managing accounting teams, scheduling and mitigating audit inspections and remediation processes developing corrective action plans (CAPs) and POAMs that improved organization internal controls and policies. Extensive defense contract administration and management experience overseeing billion-dollar acquisition plans / contract awards for city, state and foreign nation partners.
